Amongst the mountains and the glens surrounding the Spey Valley can be found some of the finest ingredients, prized for their freshness and quality.  This Highland sanctuary provides fish, fowl and free roaming farm animals for tables far and wide.

Here at ‘A Taste of Speyside’, we draw all of these elements together and offer them on a single menu.  Acknowledged in a number of food guides for the high standard of fare, we have an international reputation for offering a unique experience with a warm and friendly atmosphere.  We carefully select each of our ingredients: fish from North Sea ports and local rivers and game from the surrounding hills.  A tiny smokehouse in Glenlivet provides the traditionally preserved delicacies of pigeon, venison, partridge and pheasant which cannot be found elsewhere.

All our food is freshly prepared with simplicity of style and care which allows the quality of the ingredients to speak for itself.  This is perfectly illustrated in our renowned Taste o Speyside platter which offers a selection of the finest local produce.  The same principles are applied to the preparation of al l our dishes, whether it be our wonderfully flavoured Cullen Skink, our succulent steaks, baked vegetable crumble or fruit dumpling with whisky cream liqueur, there is something to appeal to every palate.
